Welcome to AVANT-GARDEN! We are pleased to offer a variety of payment options for your convenience.
Cash Payments: We highly recommend paying in cash, as it not only facilitates quick and hassle-free transactions but also rewards you with a $10 discount on our services. Embracing the efficiency of cash payments benefits both parties. MUST HAVE EXACT CHANGE
Credit/ Debit Card For your ease, we do accept Cards as a form of payment. However, while we understand the convenience of digital transactions, please note that cash remains highly appreciated.
Tips: Kindly note that tips are not included in the pricing. If you are satisfied with our services, showing appreciation through a gratuity is always welcome and deeply appreciated.
Cancellation Policy
We require 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to book appointments, including but not limited to keratin/ straightening, styling services, haircuts booked online, extensions services, color services, and guests who have no-showed their appointments prior. 100% of the deposit will be credited to guests who receive their services at the scheduled date and time. Guests may reschedule or cancel any appointment one time 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment without loss of deposit. Rescheduling less than 48 hours before the appointment or no-shows will not be refunded deposit. Multiple reschedulings may require loss of deposit. Please call us with any questions or concerns.
Punctuality Policy
A 10 minute grace period is permitted to all clients. We will strive to accommodate all guests. Stylists retain their right to reschedule any client that arrives 10 minutes or later after their scheduled appointment. Please understand that this policy is in place so that the stylist does not run late for other scheduled and on-time appointments.
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Although we do not offer refunds on services rendered, we will do everything in our power to correct any issue that may arise within two weeks of the original service. We want you to love your hair.
